GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – Maison BALNINA – Switzerland

2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTCS”) apply to all orders placed on the website www.balnina.com. By ordering a product, the customer accepts these GTCS without reservation.

3. Products

The items offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only but faithfully reflect their character, design and quality.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all taxes. Delivery charges are specified when the order is placed. Maison Balnina reserves the right to change its prices at any time while guaranteeing that the price in effect when the order is confirmed will apply.

5. Orders

Every order is confirmed by email. Maison Balnina reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the customer or if the product is unavailable.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Maison Balnina shall not be held liable for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to exceptional circumstances.

7. Inspection upon Receipt

Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer must check the condition of the packaging and the items. Any claim concerning damaged, incomplete or incorrect items must be reported within three calendar days of receipt to the following address: info@balnina.com. After this period, no claim will be accepted.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss law, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tag and hygiene liner intact, as well as all original packaging (box, dust bag, etc.). Damaged boxes will incur a CHF 5 charge, payable by the customer.

Any item that does not comply with these conditions will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping is complimentary for Switzerland; for orders outside Switzerland, return costs are borne by the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@balnina.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, visuals, drawings, designs, product names, etc.) are the exclusive property of Balnina SARL. Any reproduction or use without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTCS are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Vaud shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to the GTCS

Maison Balnina reserves the right to amend its General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The new terms shall apply as soon as they are published on the Site.
