Deliveries
Our creations are shipped from Switzerland with the utmost care.
- Shipping times Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
- Standard delivery:
Switzerland: 2 to 4 business days after shipping.
Europe: 4 to 8 business days after shipment.
Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination.
- Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you via email.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods or due to customs checks.
Returns
We hope you love your Balnina pieces as much as we love creating them. If, however, you wish to make a return, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Returns are accepted under strict conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- The sanitary protection, labels, original packaging, box, and, if applicable, the dust bag must be intact. Damaged boxes will incur a charge of 10 CHF to be borne by the customer.
Any item showing signs of use or missing the above-mentioned elements cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@balnina.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- your order number,
- the article(s) concerned,
- and the reason for return (optional).
Once your return is validated, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the shipment.
Defective items
Any claims regarding a damaged or non-conforming item must be submitted within 3 calendar days of receipt, accompanied by supporting photographs.
Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Balnina Sàrl strives to keep the Site accessible at all times, but is not bound by any obligation of continuous availability. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or in the event of force majeure.

Balnina Sàrl cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to access, the Site, including in the event of bugs, errors, service interruptions or contamination by a computer virus.
