General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) – Maison Balnina, Switzerland

2. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTCS”) apply to all orders placed on the website www.balnina.comBy ordering a product, the customer accepts these terms without reservation.

3. Products

The items offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Product photographs are not legally binding, but faithfully reflect their spirit, design, and quality.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included. Shipping costs are specified at the time of ordering. Maison Balnina reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Orders

All orders are confirmed by email. Maison Balnina reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the customer or if the product is unavailable.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Maison Balnina shall not be held liable for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to exceptional circumstances.

7. Inspection Upon Receiving

Upon receiving of the parcel, the customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the items. Any claim concerning damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 calendar days of receipt to the following address: info@balnina.comAfter this period, no claim may be accepted.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss law, returns are accepted within 14 days from receipt of the order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with the original tag attached, the hygiene protection intact, and the complete packaging included (box, dust bag, etc.). Damaged boxes will incur a charge of CHF 10 payable by the customer.

Any item that does not comply with these conditions will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (texts, visuals, drawings, designs, product names, etc.) are the exclusive property of Balnina Sàrl. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTCS are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Vaud shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to the GTCS

Maison Balnina reserves the right to amend its General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The new terms shall apply as soon as they are published on the website.
