If, however, you wish to make a return, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.<\/p><p>Returns are accepted under strict conditions:<\/p><ul><li>Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.<\/li><li>The sanitary protection, labels, original packaging, box, and, if applicable, the dust bag must be intact. Damaged boxes will incur a charge of 10 CHF to be borne by the customer.<\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Any item showing signs of use or missing the above-mentioned elements cannot be returned.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p><h6><strong>Return Procedure<\/strong><\/h6><p>To initiate a return, please contact us at info@balnina.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
